Womens Apparel Designer - Junior & Missy

We are a fast-paced, growing women's apparel company seeking a talented Designer to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who is serious about their craft, highly creative, and thrives in a deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and develop CADs for seasonal collections across the junior and missy markets Collaborate closely with design, merchandising, and production teams Translate trend direction into commercially viable designs Maintain organization across multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines Contribute fresh ideas while staying aligned with brand identity

Qualifications:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in women's apparel design (junior and missy markets required) Strong expertise in CAD design (Adobe Illustrator proficiency is a must) Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced setting Detail-oriented, thoughtful, and highly organized Reliable, proactive, and a strong team player

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
