Job Description
GOLDIE is a global fashion brand seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and aesthetically driven Design & Product Development Coordinator to support our Founder and product development team. This role is based in our Hamptons office, where we prioritize work-life balance while fostering a creative, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities Work directly with Founder on seasonal product development Organize and maintain development calendars and timelines Track fabrics, trims, colors, and sample status Assist with fittings, fit notes, and product organization Provide administrative support for brand and ecommerce marketplace stores, including inventory and pricing accuracy Oversee and manage press requests Maintain and organize the sample archive, including seasonal development materials, color standards, prints, prototypes, and fit samples Coordinate sample shipments, special requests, and trade shows with showrooms Qualifications & Skills Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Sheets, and Google Drive Shopify experience is a plus Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Strong visual and aesthetic sensibility Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Why Join GOLDIE?
