We are looking for an enthusiastic, fashion-forward professional who is passionate about bridal, exceptional customer service, and creating meaningful connections with every bride. As a Bridal Stylist, you will guide brides through personalized appointments, provide expert styling advice, and ensure every guest feels welcomed, confident, and celebrated throughout their shopping experience. This is a paid position with opportunities for professional growth in a supportive, team-oriented boutique dedicated to making every bride's experience memorable. Responsibilities Welcome brides and their guests with warmth and professionalism. Conduct personalized bridal appointments by learning each bride's vision, style preferences, venue, budget, and wedding aesthetic. Assist brides in selecting bridal gowns, veils, accessories, and other finishing touches that complement their personal style. Provide expert styling recommendations based on fit, silhouette, fabric, and current bridal fashion trends. Assist brides during gown try-ons, ensuring proper fit, comfort, and presentation. Build lasting relationships with brides while delivering an exceptional and personalized shopping experience. Maintain detailed appointment notes and client information using boutique software. Achieve individual and team sales goals through outstanding customer service and product knowledge. Assist with merchandising, steaming gowns, organizing inventory, and maintaining the boutique's appearance. Coordinate with the alterations team and communicate timelines and next steps with brides. Support trunk shows, designer events, sample sales, and boutique marketing initiatives as needed. Stay up to date on bridal designers, new collections, fabrics, silhouettes, and industry trends. Qualifications Previous experience in bridal, luxury retail, fashion, customer service, or sales preferred. Passion for bridal fashion and helping clients celebrate life's special moments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales ability with a consultative, relationship-focused approach. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced boutique environment. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Comfortable assisting brides in fitting gowns and working in a physically active role. Availability to work weekends and flexible hours, as Saturdays are our busiest bridal appointment days. Positive attitude, professionalism, and a collaborative team mindset.
