Pay Range:
$40 - $45/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
Seasonal concept development from trend research through theme direction and concept delivery. Develop and articulate seasonal themes, big ideas, key items, and trend narratives. Translate market insights and fashion trends into actionable concept direction. Create compelling mood boards, trend decks, and concept presentations.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Fashion design degree proven concept experience in industry-10-15 years Deep understanding of fashion concept development from macro trend through seasonal storytelling. Proven ability to create compelling trend decks, mood boards, and concept presentations. Strong strategic thinking and trend forecasting capabilities. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and navigate complex concept challenges.
