We are looking for someone who can work closely with our internal team in real time to develop sketches, technical designs, and tech packs efficiently and collaboratively. About the Role This is an ongoing freelance opportunity with consistent weekly work.

The role includes:

Creating apparel sketches and technical flatsDeveloping detailed tech packsUpdating garment specifications and measurementsCollaborating live with our design and production teamRevising designs quickly based on feedbackAssisting with ongoing apparel development projectsSchedule & Collaboration Requirements Send out Sample Comments to our Overseas Factories Candidates must be available for a minimum of 5 hours per day, Monday through Friday, during overlapping business hours with our team.

Our preferred collaboration window is: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM Eastern Time (EST) Additional hours may be available depending on workload, with projects ranging up to approximately 8 hours per day. This role involves real-time collaboration with our internal team, including Zoom or Google Meet screen-sharing sessions during design and tech pack development. You should be comfortable receiving live feedback and making revisions collaboratively as projects are being developed.
