We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Apparel Designer to join our growing design team. This role is ideal for an early career professional with a focus on men's and youth apparel (athletic, lifestyle, tops, bottoms, outerwear, and accessories) to join our Austin-based team and help shape the future of our brand. You will be a key member of the design and development team, responsible for managing the development and execution of products within the Burlebo product assortment. This role assists in the process from concept through production, ensuring products meet brand, quality, fit, and cost expectations. •To be considered for this position please fill out this survey: https://go.cultureindex.com/p/amIslUp77GgV963f2sLG •The position reports to the Senior Designer and is based in office at our Austin headquarters. What You'll Do Assist Senior Designer in the design and development of seasonal apparel collections Research fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and silhouettes to support concept creation Own smaller categories or product lines under senior designer direction. Execute design concepts and able to design styles independently Create sketches, CADs, and presentation boards using design software Support the development of tech packs and detailed design specifications Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, merchandising and sales teams Participate in fittings and help track sample revisions Maintain organized design files and documentation What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field 3-5 years in the apparel industry Proficiency inAdobe Creative Suite:
Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
