We specialize in water-based cremation, also known as aquamation, and create meaningful memorial experiences that help families honor and remember the pets they love. Every remembrance item we prepare is part of a family's final goodbye. Our floral arrangements, memorial packages, and keepsakes are created with dignity, beauty, and care. Position Summary The Floral Artist & Remembrance Fulfillment Specialist is primarily responsible for designing and preparing floral arrangements for memorial packages, family deliveries, family-facing services, and special remembrance offerings. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for design, a love of flowers and creative work, and the ability to create beautiful, thoughtful arrangements in a sensitive and meaningful environment. In addition to floral work, this person will support the remembrance fulfillment team by helping assemble memorial packages, prepare keepsakes, and ensure each family's order is completed accurately and respectfully. We are also looking for someone who is comfortable using modern tools, including AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Claude, to support their daily work. This may include brainstorming floral designs, organizing supply lists, improving written instructions, documenting processes, creating seasonal product ideas, or finding more efficient ways to complete recurring tasks. The right candidate will be creative, organized, detail-oriented, emotionally mature, and open to using technology to improve both the quality and efficiency of their work. Key Responsibilities Floral Design & Arrangement Design and prepare floral arrangements for memorial packages, family deliveries, and special remembrance offerings. Select, trim, condition, and care for fresh flowers and greenery to ensure arrangements are beautiful and long-lasting. Create arrangements that reflect AquaCrossings' brand standards: elegant, thoughtful, natural, comforting, and appropriate for pet remembrance. Prepare floral tributes according to order details, family preferences, seasonal availability, and special requests. Maintain consistency in arrangement quality while also bringing creativity and care to each piece. Manage floral workstations, tools, vases, vessels, ribbon, wrapping, and floral supplies. Monitor flower inventory, identify low-stock items, and communicate supply needs in advance. Minimize floral waste through thoughtful planning, care, and rotation of fresh materials. Help develop new floral offerings, seasonal designs, and remembrance products. Remembrance Fulfillment Support Assist with assembling complete remembrance packages when floral work is complete or additional support is needed. Package paw prints, fur clippings, ink prints, cards, urns, and other keepsakes with care and attention to detail. Verify that floral items and remembrance package components match order details before completion. Support the fulfillment team with special or custom family requests. Maintain clean, organized, and respectful work areas at all times. Follow established procedures for quality control, order accuracy, and respectful handling of memorial items. Technology, AI & Process Support Use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Google Workspace, and other digital systems to support daily work. Assist with documenting floral recipes, arrangement standards, care instructions, supply lists, and recurring workflows. Use AI tools thoughtfully to brainstorm seasonal floral designs, product ideas, packaging improvements, and process efficiencies. Help maintain clear written instructions so floral and fulfillment work can be repeated consistently by the team. Stay open to learning new tools and systems that improve organization, creativity, communication, and operational efficiency. Qualified candidates will have:

Previous floral design, floral shop, event floral, or arrangement experience strongly preferred. A strong eye for color, balance, texture, proportion, and presentation. Ability to create polished, thoughtful arrangements consistently. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow order instructions accurately. Comfort working in a sensitive environment connected to pet loss and remembrance. A calm, compassionate, and respectful demeanor. Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain a clean, efficient floral workspace. Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude, or a willingness to learn how to use them in practical daily work. Comfort using basic digital tools such as email, shared documents, spreadsheets, and task lists. Ability to work independently while communicating well with a team. Reliability, consistency, and pride in producing beautiful, high-quality work. Previous experience with packaging, fulfillment, crafting, art, or production work is a plus. Comfortable working around memorial items and pet aftercare operations. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. This role includes:

Hands-on work with fresh flowers, greenery, floral tools, vases, vessels, ribbons, packaging materials, urns, keepsakes, and memorial items. Use of computers, shared documents, AI tools, and digital systems to support organization and workflow. Standing, walking, trimming, arranging, organizing, and assembling items throughout the day. Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. A work environment that requires care, maturity, and emotional sensitivity. Possible weekend or holiday shifts depending on business needs.
