• 3 Years Experience Only We are seeking a professional floral designer to join our consistently busy, established shop.

This is a permanent position for an experienced florist who can step in and perform at a high level from day one. What You'll Do Create high-quality floral designs independently Accurately replicate arrangements from photos Stay current with trends, color palettes, and styles Work confidently with high-end clientele Assist with emails and customer communication Support social media posting and content Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment What We're Looking For Experienced florist or wedding industry professional ONLY Strong design skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service Positive, upbeat, and efficient Passion for the floral and wedding industry This is not an entry-level role — we do not provide training About Us Flower Allie is under new ownership and growing faster than ever .
