Duties Create beautiful, innovative floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, events, and everyday gifting Assist customers in selecting flowers and designing custom bouquets that meet their preferences and needs Maintain the freshness and quality of all floral products through proper handling and storage techniques Manage stock levels by stocking flowers, tools, and supplies efficiently while ensuring attractive merchandising di Qualifications Proven experience in floral design or related fields such as gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance is highly desirable Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customers effectively Knowledge of retail math, merchandising techniques, and POS systems to facilitate smooth sales operations Familiarity with floral care practices including watering, pruning, and flower arranging techniques Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting flowers or supplies Passion for gardening, floral design, and creating visually appealing displays that inspire customers Join us to turn your love of flowers into art that delights our community!
