Job Description:
French Florist is seeking a creative and passionate Designer to join our team who is also experienced interacting with VIP clients by phone and documenting customer order details. As a Floral Designer at French Florist, you will have the opportunity to work with the most beautiful flowers from all around the world and create breathtaking arrangements that will leave a lasting impression on our customers. Your role is critical to ensure our customers have the best experience they've had with any florist, ever. This is an onsite position at our Orange store. Workdays consist of designing and creating stunning floral arrangements as well as helping customers with their individual flower needs by taking customer telephone orders, helping people place orders at our front desk, responding to emails, following up with customers who make special requests. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace and ensuring that our inventory is well-stocked and up-to-date. Workdays consist of, and collaborating with floral designers about what customers are looking for in their flowers and gifts.
Successful applicants will possess:
Previous experience in floral design and a deep understanding of various floral arrangements and design techniques is a must. You should have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for flowers and design. If you are a talented Floral Designer with a passion for flowers and a desire to create beautiful works of art, we would love to hear from you. Prior customer service experience and telephone work will be viewed positively, whether in the floral industry or in other professions. Cover letter and resume highly recommended.
