Keep the showroom organized and visually appealing and ensure that all products are properly displayed and stocked to keep track of inventory levels and place orders as necessary. Stay up to date on the latest design trends and product offerings. Handle showroom incoming calls. Document and process any customer complaints. Quote prices prepare proposals and provide information regarding sale and delivery. Create design plans and presentations using CAD software, providing accurate pricing and product information.

Manages order processing, modifications, and delivery coordination.

Build customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Other duties as assigned. What You Bring to the Team3-4 years of experience in a design consulting or sales role Interior finishes sales experience preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills, with proven ability to close sales. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the showroom.

Ability to bend, stoop, and reach to access products and samples.

Lift, carry, or move materials and product samples up to 25 lbs.

Use of hands and fingers to handle samples, operate a computer, and create design layouts.

Visual acuity to review design plans, color swatches, and detailed product information.
