We are looking for a dedicated and energetic team member to join our San Francisco flower studio. If you are ready to immerse yourself in a fast-paced floral environment, we want to hear from you. We are looking for someone who: Truly loves floral design and a drive for continuous skill-building. Brings previous experience in the floral industry to the table. No experience? We can teach you! Is looking for a long-term path for professional advancement. Maintains a flexible schedule, including availability for Saturday shifts. Enjoys sales and work with clientele.

Responsibilities include:

Manage incoming requests across all channels - including our online shop, phone inquiries, and in-person visits. Lead customer interactions (calls, web chat, and messaging) Handle the logistics of flower pickups from the market and ensure timely delivery of arrangements to our customers. Craft high-quality, custom arrangements tailored to specific client feedback and aesthetic preferences. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting shop environment through daily upkeep. Actively participate in problem-solving and contribute fresh ideas to optimize our daily operations and product catalog. Execute post-event breakdowns for weddings and corporate accounts, including vase pickups throughout the Bay Area.

Pay:

$20.00 - $35.00 per hour
