Applications without all three will not be reviewed. Floral Designer & Sales Associate Le Bouquet — Union Street, San Francisco Le Bouquet is a flower shop and design house on Union Street. Our work is guided by feeling — designed intentionally and elevatedly with carefully sourced blooms, shaped by a weekly palette, and rooted in the belief that flowers do more than decorate a space. We design for deliveries, walk-in customers, weddings, and events. We're looking for an experienced floral designer and sales associate who wants to grow with us long-term. We'll teach you our aesthetic — but the fundamentals, the work ethic, and the customer care need to already be there. We are very excited to expand our amazing team! Who you are You have real experience in a flower shop — you understand processing, color theory, and the fundamentals of design. Customers feel comfortable with you because your kindness and warmth is genuine. You carry yourself with professionalism, take pride in your work, and don't wait to be told what needs to be done. You work with purpose and efficiency, you contribute to the team around you, and you're looking for a shop that cares deeply about their standards. If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you. Schedule 4-5 shifts per week, 6-8 hours per shift. Morning shifts start at 8am, afternoon shifts at 11am or 1pm depending on the day. Saturday availability is required, some Sundays. Our shop is open 8am-7pm weekdays, 8am-6pm weekends. Including most holidays. Your schedule will be set & repeats weekly.
