Freelance Floral Designer

Job Overview We are seeking a talented and experienced Freelance Floral Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in floral design, thrives in a fast paced environment, and can create high quality arrangements with speed and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions. Work quickly and efficiently without compromising quality or creativity. Follow design briefs while also contributing original ideas and artistic input. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace. Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and fulfill customer orders.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience working in a florist shop is required. Proven ability to design arrangements quickly and efficiently in a high volume environment. Strong knowledge of floral varieties, color theory, and design techniques. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Floral Design of minimum 5 years. Strong communication and teamwork skills
