Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Floral Designer for our Scarletts Florist. The ideal candidate will have significant experience and a flair for design. The Full time Floral Designer will possess extensive experience and a natural flair for design, adept at crafting exquisite, structurally sound floral arrangements using fresh blooms.
Responsibilities:
Design stunning and structurally sound floral arrangements and orchid plant designs. Replicate online floral arrangements according to specifications. Prepare, process, clean, and maintain the freshness of flowers Maintain cleanliness and organization within the shop. Fulfill any other assigned duties as needed
Job Requirements:
  • +2 years of design experience in a florist- This will be verified.
  • Capable of standing and crafting flower arrangements for extended periods
  • Proficient in decision-making, effective communication, following directions, and working autonomously
  • Proficiency in English
  • Demonstrated punctuality and reliability
  • Ability to lift weights of up to 50 lbs.
