Floral Design and Sample Production Assistant :

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a floral or related creative production environment Prior exposure to cold chain or perishable goods handling is strongly preferred Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required Demonstrated creativity in designing floral displays, arrangements, and event setups Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Word and Excel Strong organizational and planning skills with keen attention to detail Ability to manage inventory, coordinate materials, and support logistics processes Experience with invoicing or basic administrative functions is a plus Responsibilities of the

Floral Design and Sample Production Assistant :

Collaborate with the creative development team to assist in the production of floral samples, recipes, and prototypes as directed Coordinate the receipt, proper storage, and timely dispatch of dry materials and floral supplies to meet internal deadlines and shipment requirements Monitor and track outbound samples by maintaining up-to-date records of client details, arrival timelines, and any special handling needs Assist with quality control and final verification of product shipments, ensuring accuracy in labeling, packaging, and logistics alignment Design and arrange product displays and table presentations for customer events, trade shows, and seasonal holiday setups at various client locations Support clients during product showcase setups, including floral adjustments and layout management to align with client expectations Assist with workshop coordination, showroom photography, and other R&D or marketing-related activities as needed Support as needed If this sounds like you or someone you know, click Apply or share the job today!
