We are a premier and expert South Florida company that specializes in floral art and landscapes. We are known for our bold, modern, and high-end aesthetics. We are seeking a passionate and visionary Contemporary Floral Designer & Holiday Decorator to join our creative team
The Role:
You will translate contemporary,modern and luxury aesthetics into stunning, large-scale floral displays and Holiday installations, for residential , and corporate establishments From crafting avant-garde centerpieces on a weekly basis to Holiday Installations during season, we expect the floral designer to be able to execute the concepts from begining to end. Must have a valid Florida driver license .Must Speak English. Must be able to squat, bend , stretch and lift at least 50lbs .
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and execute high-end, contemporary holiday and event floral arrangements. Design and install luxury Christmas trees, garlands, wreaths, and immersive holiday displays. Collaborate with colleagues to tailor designs to their specific aesthetic and budget. Maintain an immaculate, highly organized, and inspiring studio workspace
Qualifications We Are Looking For:
5+ years of professional floral design and holiday installation experience Floral Designer Jobs, Employment. A strong, modern design portfolio showcasing contemporary floral and holiday work. Deep knowledge of structural mechanics, including wreath-building, garland-making, and heavy-duty Christmas tree securing and lighting trees. Exceptional eye for color theory, texture, and current botanical trends Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment during peak seasonal rushes.
What We Offer:
Experience-based hourly wage ($20-$25)based on portfolio). A supportive, highly collaborative, and deeply creative studio environment. Holiday Pay Insurance 401k
