Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Flower Distribution Driver & Merchandiser to join our growing floral distribution company. We import fresh flowers directly from Ecuador and deliver them to supermarkets throughout South Florida. This position involves driving assigned delivery routes, organizing floral displays, maintaining cleanliness in store floral areas, and ensuring flowers are presented in excellent condition. Responsibilities Deliver fresh flowers to supermarket locations along assigned routes Organize and stock floral displays in stores Clean buckets, floral containers, and surrounding work areas Remove damaged or old flowers as needed Ensure flower displays are neat, full, and visually appealing Load and unload flower inventory safely Follow delivery schedules and route assignments Communicate professionally with store personnel and management Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and organization Routes We currently have multiple routes covering: Homestead Miami Fort Lauderdale Miami Beach West Palm Beach Routes vary from South to North Florida locations depending on assignment. Requirements Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to lift and carry buckets of flowers and boxes (up to 40-50 lbs) Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently Comfortable driving long distances throughout South Florida About Us We are a South Florida floral distribution company specializing in importing high-quality flowers from Ecuador and supplying supermarkets across the region.
