If you have a passion for flowers, creativity, and teamwork, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

Design beautiful bouquets following our recipes and creative guidelines. Handle all aspects a floral designer should know—arranging, prepping, and caring for flowers. Use basic systems, websites, and design tools.

What We're Looking For:

Prior experience in floral design is required. Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred. Flexibility to work 28 to 34 hours weekly, including Saturdays. A team player with strong communication, organization, and time-management skills. Friendly, positive attitude, ready to be part of our long-term team.

What We Offer:
