This role is perfect for someone passionate about high-end sales, creative layout design, and providing exceptional customer service. As a key member of our retail/design team, you will assist customers in selecting and designing custom pool solutions, utilizing your expertise in renovation, construction and design. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help drive sales growth while ensuring clients receive personalized attention and expert guidance. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales and design skills in a vibrant, customer-focused company with over 40 years on the Treasure Coast. Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their pool needs, preferences, and budgets through active listening and effective communication skills. Use design software to create detailed pool layouts and renovation plans that meet client specifications. Demonstrate product features through demos, remodeling ideas, and maintenance solutions to upsell additional services or upgrades. Provide exceptional customer service by guiding clients through product selections, answering questions about design options, and remodeling processes. Collaborate with the team on merchandising strategies to showcase pool products effectively and optimize retail space. Assist with marketing efforts by promoting new products or seasonal promotions to increase foot traffic and sales volume. Experience Prior experience in outside sales or retail sales is highly desirable; familiarity with high-end or luxury product environments is a plus. Proficiency in design/ layout design tools. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining customer satisfaction. Knowledge of renovation, remodeling, construction processes, or design enhances your ability to advise clients effectively. Multilingual abilities are beneficial for serving diverse customer bases; fluency in English is required. Excellent communication skills combined with organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
