Floral Designer

Key responsibilities include designing custom floral arrangements for various occasions, maintaining floral inventory, and providing expert advice to customers. You will also assist with merchandising displays, ensure proper stock rotation, and support retail sales efforts through effective communication and product knowledge. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall ambiance of our store. Duties Create innovative floral designs tailored to customer requests for events such as weddings, funerals, and special celebrations Maintain a well-organized floral inventory, including fresh flowers, greenery, and decorative accessories Assist customers with selecting flowers and designing arrangements that meet their needs and preferences Manage daily stock replenishment, merchandising displays, and store presentation to attract customers Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipt issuance Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries professionally and offering gardening or horticulture advice Support retail operations through stocking shelves, organizing floral supplies, and ensuring cleanliness standards Experience Prior experience in floral design or related fields such as gardening or horticulture is preferred Knowledge of floral design techniques, color coordination, and arrangement styles Familiarity with retail sales processes including POS systems, cashiering, and merchandising Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Organizational skills necessary for managing inventory, stock rotation, and display setup Basic understanding of lawn care and landscape maintenance is advantageous but not required Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail If you are passionate about creating stunning floral arrangements and delivering outstanding customer experiences, we encourage you to apply today.
