Duties Design and assemble floral arrangements, bouquets, and centerpieces that meet customer specifications and seasonal trends Assist customers in selecting flowers and related products, providing expert advice on floral care and design options Maintain the freshness and quality of flowers by proper handling, watering, and storage techniques Manage inventory levels of flowers, foliage, containers, and accessories through stock replenishment and merchandising Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and order processing Support store merchandising efforts by creating attractive displays that highlight seasonal themes and promotions Ensure cleanliness and organization of the floral work area to promote safety and efficiency Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience t in floral design Strong organizational skills to manage multiple arrangements and stock levels effectively Knowledge of retail math for accurate pricing, sales tracking, and inventory management Ability to operate POS systems, handle cash transactions, and perform cashiering duties confidently Familiarity with floral care techniques including watering, pruning, and disease prevention Passion for customer service with a friendly attitude that fosters positive shopping experiences Join us in creating beauty that inspires!
