Role:

Hours include weekday studio hours and on site event-day design work. Depending on your portfolio and skill level you will could be doing anything from prep and processing, in studio production arrangements, event day touch ups or full scale altar or installation designs.

Some background in floral design (freelance, studio, or personal work welcome) Reliable, organized, and excited to work every event on our calendar Kind communicator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment Comfortable with physical work (lifting, working long hours on event days) Interest in long-term growth, including leadership and creative direction

Availability & Commitment:

Event production hours vary seasonally— 4-30 hours/week depend on the month Must be available on weekdays and weekends for studio work, weddings and floral installs Weekday studio hours can be flexible, with deadlines based on event calendar Minimum upcoming availability: May 16th, 24th, 31s, June 5th, 17th, 22nd, July 5th and 18th, August 23rd, September 4th.

Compensation & Growth Path:

Starting pay: $16-$25/hr depending on experience Event-day floral coordinators earn $15-25/hr depending on experience Clear growth path to become an employee and take on the following roles in the future:
