Retail Flowershop Floral Designer/Manager

Total of four days a week to start. Boutique Flower shop seeking experienced floral designer with retail experience four+ days a week. Experienced floral designer needed for the position, 3 years in the industry needed. Reliability and communication is needed for this position.

if you are not a strong designer. The ability to create gorgeous handhelds quickly and mindfully a must. We will train to fit our bespoke brand. Support requirement, familiar with heavy flower processing, cleaning buckets, maintaining shop, greeting customers, processing payments all in a busy environment. Reliability and communication and a retail background is needed for this position. Must be able to lift stock, product and steadily help maintain a busy flower shop. Enthusiasm and connecting with customers in a genuine way required. No hard sells, but a strong desire to meet all customers needs and the ability to communicate strongly.
