Job Description
McNamara Florist is looking for talented designers willing to work for a fast-paced floral company. Minimum 5+ years of experience and must be well versed in high-quality modern design styles as well as sympathy work. We are looking for someone who is hard-working, an effective communicator, a creative thinker, and a problem solver. Primary duties will be creating floral arrangements to fill customer orders accurately.
- This is not an entry-level or hire-to-train position
- experienced only please.
COMMERCIAL FLORAL DESIGN EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Must meet McNamara's expectation of well-designed arrangements with sophisticated blending color harmonies.
- 5+ years of commercial design experience
- Experienced and well-versed in all areas of floral design DUTIES
- Arrange fresh flowers for special occasions, home, or office.
- Fill special orders for holidays or other occasions.
- Work with a wide range of foliage and flowers.
