Job Description
Parc 73 is looking for a skilled Set-Up Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and understand the importance of being flexible within the ever-changing needs of the wedding and event world. This position will be in charge of setting up the venue and grounds according to pre-determined floor plans for each event. This includes but is not limited to: tables, chairs, table linens, and A/V equipment. The position also includes duties such as: washing and folding table linens, reorganizing, minor handy work, and venue "show ready" prep such as mopping and blowing leaves.
Responsibilities:
Set up the venue for most events according to custom plans Take care of linens Take pride and ensure the venue is "show ready" Minor handy work such as painting, hanging lights, pulling weeds, etc.- Must be physically able and willing to lift up to 50lbs
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, nights and weekends included.
- This position is part-time, but additional hours may be fulfilled if willing to fill in as a banquet server.
