Job Description

Candidate must have 3-5 year's design/industry experience. Full-time & Freelance Opportunities Available

  • A creative, professional candidate to assist in floral design and studio production for a high-end floral studio.
Must have a positive and patient demeanor, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to remain flexible and composed under pressure while ensuring that client and internal needs are met.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Responsible for daily studio production including floral processing, container prep, studio & cooler organization/clean-up, etc.
  • Design arrangements for weekly, wedding & event floral. Experienced in techniques and execution for a wide variety of design types and large-scale installations. -Loading & Unloading Vans on event days
  • Must have trained eye and understanding of company aesthetic in order to select beautiful palettes and premium floral that is relevant to the order/project.
Internal Design Communication:
  • Collaborate with studio designers, management, and other staffers to ensure elements of each and every order are considered and executed in a way that fulfills the client's vision.
Day Of Wedding & Event:
  • Assist with wedding & event load in and setup, including hands-on installation/design.
Work with with team to ensure timelines met, and all vendor interactions are professional, positive, and unhurried.
Additional Skills:
  • Art/Design Experience
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday Schedule, Saturday availability is also required.
Freelance and Part-time opportunities available $25-$35/ Based on
