Duties Create and design floral arrangements for events, weddings, and everyday occasions. Collaborate with customers to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations. Operate cash registers and POS systems for processing transactions accurately. Handle cash transactions with precision and maintain accurate cash handling procedures. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain an organized workspace to ensure efficiency in design processes. Skills Proficiency in floral design techniques and an understanding of seasonal flowers. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple orders and deadlines effectively. Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members. Experience with cash handling and operating cash registers or POS systems.
