Job Description
2026 Floral Farm Event Design Lead Weatherlow Farms, Westport MA Starting at $40/hr. This is a seasonal position. There are a total of 7 events from Jun-Oct 2026. Execute existing floral plans for on-farm events Manage client communication Coordinate with harvest manager on needed flower types / color palletes Run day-of activities, overseeing all floral related set-up and break down Manage freelancers/crew as needed Candidate must be:
- Excited to commit to a full season as a vital member of our small team, and passionately Interested in the wild and beautiful world of specialty cut flowers
- Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- In possession of a viable (and clean) drivers license, and a mode of transport to and from work
