Floral Designer

Job Summary We are seeking a creative and passionate Experienced Floral Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, an understanding of floral arrangements, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. This role involves crafting beautiful floral displays for various occasions, assisting customers with their selections, and maintaining a well-organized workspace. Duties Design fresh and modern floral arrangements for events, weddings, sympathy and everyday occasions. Assist customers in selecting flowers and arrangements that meet their needs and preferences. Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies, ensuring freshness and quality. Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately. Utilize POS systems for processing sales and managing inventory. Keep the workspace clean and organized to promote efficiency. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, providing product knowledge and recommendations. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of orders. Caring for and maintaing indoor green and blooming plants. Support daily shop operations including processing flowers, restocking, and occasional deliveries Create eye-catching product displays. Handle social media posting (Instagram, Facebook) to showcase daily designs, promotions, and behind-the-scenes content.
