Responsibilities Create beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, events, and everyday orders, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail Assist customers with selecting flowers, plants, and related products, offering expert advice on floral design and plant care Maintain the floral department's inventory by stocking fresh flowers, greenery, vases, and other supplies while managing stock levels efficiently Ensure all floral displays are fresh, appealing, and organized according to merchandising standards Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for sales transactions including cash handling and retail math calculations Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and maintaining a friendly, professional attitude at all times Support general store operations such as merchandising displays, cleaning workstations, and assisting with seasonal promotions or special events Experience Previous experience in floral design or floral arrangement is highly preferred Knowledge of horticulture, gardening practices, lawn care, landscape maintenance or related fields is a plus Familiarity with retail sales processes including cashiering, POS systems, stock management, and merchandising Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are an advantage for serving diverse customers Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience with customer service roles in retail settings is beneficial Passion for floral artistry combined with a good understanding of floral design principles and plant care techniques Join us to turn your creativity into captivating floral displays while delivering memorable shopping experiences!
