Full Job Description Prerequisite:

Must be a High School graduate in order to work our required hours. 9am-1pm training hours. Most shifts end up being 1-6pm once trained in and weekends. Holiday rushes are mandatory where you will work closer to 40 hours (Christmas, Valentines, Mother's Day rush, etc). Long term employment required for this position! Interviewing this week! Sorry no only summer positions Overview We are seeking a dedicated and creative individual to join our team as a Bouquet Maker/CS/Fruit Prep. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for crafting beautiful fruit arrangements, providing excellent customer service, and preparing fresh fruit. This position requires a passion for aesthetics, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Responsibilities Create stunning arrangements that meet customer specifications and seasonal trends using a specific style. Prepare fresh fruit displays, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Assist customers with inquiries, providing knowledgeable recommendations on products and services. Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately to process transactions. Maintain stock levels of flowers, fruits, and supplies; assist in inventory management. Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas, including display cases and storage spaces. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience in the retail environment. Qualifications Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred, particularly in a floral or food preparation setting. Familiarity with cash register operations and POS systems is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues. Knowledge of retail math for inventory management is beneficial. Experience in restaurants is very helpful Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
