LEGITIMATE, RETAIL FLORAL SHOP
EXPERIENCE- we want to hear from you! •Compensation is based on experience and are not reflected in this listing• Responsibilities include: Designing and creating a wide variety of floral arrangements, including everyday bouquets, custom orders, and specialized sympathy work. Working with customers to take orders over the phone and in-person. Processing and conditioning fresh flowers and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Assisting with other general flower shop duties as needed.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of hands-on floral design experience in a real flower shop. Strong knowledge of floral care, design techniques, and fresh product handling. Experience with funeral and sympathy designs is a must. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, especially during busy holidays.
