MUST HAVE 5 YEARS OF FRESH FLORL DESIGN EXPERIENCE IN A RETAIL SETTING.

Duties Design and create fresh floral arrangements for various occasions, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and artistic flair Assist customers in selecting flowers and plants, providing expert advice on floral care and design options Maintain the floral display area, ensuring it is attractive, organized, and well-stocked at all times Handle sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash handling and retail math calculations Manage inventory by stocking flowers, plants, tools, and supplies efficiently while tracking stock levels Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and maintaining positive relationships Support merchandising efforts by arranging displays that highlight seasonal themes and promote sales opportunities Experience Proven experience in floral design with a strong portfolio showcasing creative arrangements Familiarity with retail operations including POS systems, cashiering, stock management, and merchandising Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Prior experience with e-commerce platforms related to floral products We are dedicated to fostering a lively work environment where creativity blossoms!
