Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Floral Design:
Conceptualize and execute unique and eye-catching floral arrangements for all occasions.
Quality Control:
Ensure that all floral arrangements meet our high standards of quality, freshness, and design excellence.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other team members to contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in floral design is highly desired . Creativity and an eye for design. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work during the specified seasonal period. Pay Paid hourly plus monthly bonus based on efficiency Paid Bi Weekly Please note. Our shop operates 7-days a week. Weekends and holiday availability is necessary to apply
