Responsibilities Design and assemble a variety of floral arrangements for retail displays, special events, and customer orders with precision and artistic flair Assist customers in selecting flowers and plants, offering expert advice on floral care and design options Maintain the freshness and quality of flowers by properly handling, storing, and rotating stock Manage inventory levels through stocking, merchandising, and organizing floral products to ensure an appealing presentation Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and retail math calculations Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, processing sales efficiently, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Support landscape maintenance and gardening tasks as needed to enhance the overall store environment Skills Strong floral design skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics Knowledge of horticulture principles, gardening techniques, and plant care Experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance or related outdoor work is a plus Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customers Proficiency with POS systems, cashiering, retail math, and cash handling procedures Organizational skills to manage stock levels, merchandising displays, and floral arrangements effectively Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards Embark on a rewarding journey where your creativity blossoms!
