Floral Designer

Overview:

Join our team as a Floral Designer and showcase your creativity in designing beautiful floral arrangements. We are seeking an experienced floral designer with a passion for design to bring artistic flair to our shop.

Duties:

• Create stunning floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, birthdays, and holidays
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients in selecting the perfect floral designs
• Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory, pricing, and sales
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area and showroom
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a visually appealing store layout
• Utilize e-commerce platforms for online orders and deliveries
• Work as a team in processing flowers and maintaining clean buckets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in floral design with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and skill
• Proficiency in customer service to meet and exceed client expectations
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and operating cash registers
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms for online sales is advantageous
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
