Our shop is a welcoming, collaborative space where design and community come together. Position Overview TG Floristry is seeking a talented and dependable Floral Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong design sensibility, enjoys working with fresh flowers, and thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in bringing our signature style to life while helping customers celebrate meaningful moments. Key Responsibilities Design and create floral arrangements for daily orders, events, and special occasions Assist customers with selecting flowers and creating custom designs Process, hydrate, and care for fresh flowers and plants Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing shop environment Support event and wedding floral preparation and installations Assist with inventory, ordering, and restocking supplies Contribute to merchandising and in-store displays Qualifications Prior floral design experience preferred (portfolio encouraged) Strong eye for color, texture, and composition Ability to work efficiently under pressure, especially during holidays (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.) Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to lift and carry buckets of flowers and stand for extended periods Flexible availability, including weekends and peak floral holidays Bonus Skills (Not Required) Wedding and event floral experience Familiarity with social media content (Instagram, etc.) Knowledge of seasonal flowers and sourcing What We Offer A creative, supportive, and collaborative work environment Opportunities to work on weddings and large-scale events Employee discounts on flowers and gifts Room for growth as TG Floristry expands How to Apply Please send your resume and (if available) a portfolio or photos of your floral work, or apply in person at TG Floristry in Raleigh.
