Every bouquet tells a story, and we take pride in creating beautiful keepsakes that celebrate life's most special moments. Position Overview We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Floral Preservation Artist to join our team. This role combines artistry, craftsmanship, and customer service. The primary responsibility is painting preserved flowers to restore their natural beauty after the preservation process. In addition, you'll assist with preparing and preserving fresh flowers, assembling keepsakes, and meeting with clients throughout their preservation journey. Responsibilities Paint preserved flowers with precision and attention to detail to achieve a natural, lifelike appearance. Prepare fresh flowers for the preservation process. Assist with drying, preserving, and handling delicate floral materials. Assemble preserved floral keepsakes according to company quality standards. Meet with clients to discuss their preservation projects and answer questions. Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient workspace. Carefully handle sentimental items with professionalism and care. Assist with other studio tasks as needed. Qualifications Strong artistic ability with an excellent eye for color, detail, and design. Experience with painting or other fine art mediums is preferred. Enjoys detailed, hands-on work requiring patience and precision. Comfortable working with delicate materials. Friendly, professional communication skills and confidence interacting with clients. Highly organized and dependable. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team. Previous experience in art, floral design, crafting, or a similar creative field is a plus but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
