Floral Designer

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and creative Floral Designer to bring beauty and artistry to our floral department. Responsibilities Design and create fresh floral arrangements tailored to customer specifications and seasonal themes Assist customers in selecting flowers, plants, and related merchandise, providing expert advice on floral care and design ideas Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the floral display area to attract customers and promote sales Manage stock levels by receiving deliveries, stocking shelves, and ensuring product freshness and quality Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and retail math calculations Support merchandising efforts by arranging displays that highlight seasonal trends and promotional items Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, offering product recommendations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Experience Previous experience in floral design or horticulture is highly preferred; formal training or certification in floral design is a plus Knowledge of gardening, landscape maintenance, lawn care, and plant care techniques enhances your ability to advise customers effectively Familiarity with retail operations such as cashiering, stock management, merchandising, and POS systems is beneficial Strong communication skills in English are essential; multilingual abilities are an advantage for serving diverse customer bases Organizational skills are necessary to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in floral arrangements and store presentation Join our team as a Floral Designer where your creativity blossoms!
