We're on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who share our love for florals, plants, creativity, and customer service. Floral experience is a plus, but not mandatory. Our operating hours are between 9am-5pm Tuesday- Friday and Saturday + Sunday 9-2pm with shifts tailored to roles and availability.
Duties:
- Assist customers with inquiries and purchases
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop
- Design floral arrangements and wrapped bouquets for pickup or delivery
- Assist in daily deliveries using shop vehicle
- Assist in inventory management and restocking shelves
- Support shop staff in daily tasks (cleaning buckets, processing flowers, prepping wedding florals)
Experience:
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Familiarity with cash handling and POS systems
- Love of flowers is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively, especially phone skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and keep the shop tidy
