Duties Design and assemble fresh floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, events, and everyday displays Assist customers in selecting flowers and designing custom bouquets that meet their needs and preferences Maintain the freshness and appearance of floral inventory through proper handling and regular replenishment Ensure the store's floral displays are attractive, organized, and well-stocked by managing stock levels and merchandising effectively Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for sales transactions, including cash handling and processing payments accurately Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, offering flower care advice, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Support with general store duties such as stocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and organizing floral tools and materials Skills Must already have floral experience or related creative fields with a strong portfolio of work Knowledge of flower care techniques to ensure high-quality arrangements Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently in a busy retail setting Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Familiarity with retail sales processes including POS systems, cash handling, and retail math Ability to work collaboratively with team members while also demonstrating initiative independently Passion for flowers, design, and creating visually stunning displays that inspire customers Join us to turn your artistic flair into captivating floral creations that bring joy to our community!
