Job Description

Flowers by Addalia is seeking an enthusiastic and creative individual to join our team. We value positivity, exceptional design skills, and outstanding customer service. Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8-3 and Sundays as needed. Responsibilities Design and create floral arrangements that meet customer preferences and occasions. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their selections and offering expert advice. Manage the cash register and handle transactions accurately. Maintain inventory levels by stocking products and organizing displays. Utilize retail math to ensure pricing accuracy and profitability. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall shopping experience. Qualifications Proven experience in floral design and arrangement Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction Proficiency in retail sales and cash handling Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to manage inventory and stock effectively Expertise in efficiently designing funeral standing sprays, wreaths, centerpieces, vase arrangements, arrangements in foam, hand held bouquets, wedding floral arrangements, corsages, and boutonnieres Familiarity with POS systems and retail math
Pay:
$15.50 - $20.00 per hour
