We are willing to train the right candidate into a floral designer role. Previous flower shop experience is not required if you are motivated, creative, customer-focused, and willing to learn. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term skill in the floral and event industry while growing within a family-owned business.

What You'll Do:

assist customers in person and over the phone help customers select flowers and gifts process flowers and maintain shop organization assist with floral arrangements and packaging support weddings, events, and holiday operations work closely with our team in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For:

reliable and punctual positive attitude and strong work ethic comfortable multitasking in a busy environment strong customer service skills willingness to learn and grow creative or artistic ability is a plus weekend and holiday availability preferred Experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, coffee shops, salons, boutiques, or customer service is helpful but not required. Paid training is provided for the right candidate. This position offers opportunities for advancement into floral design and event work, with increased responsibilities and pay based on performance and skill development. This position is ideal for someone looking to learn the floral industry from the ground up and grow into a long-term role with our company. •
