This is a hands-on role for someone who already has flower shop and floral design experience . The ideal candidate should be able to confidently process flowers, design everyday arrangements, create hand-tied bouquets, assist customers, manage order flow, and keep the shop organized without needing basic floral training. We are looking for someone dependable, creative, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of the shop during scheduled shifts. This is not an entry-level position.

Responsibilities Responsibilities include:

Opening and closing the shop as scheduled Designing everyday vase arrangements, hand-tied bouquets, and wrapped bouquets Processing, hydrating, cleaning, and organizing fresh flowers Maintaining flower quality, cooler organization, buckets, and workstations Taking walk-in, phone, and online flower orders Understanding customer needs and recommending floral options Managing daily order flow for pickups and deliveries Preparing arrangements according to customer budget, occasion, color palette, and style Keeping accurate order notes and communicating updates clearly Assisting with inventory counts and notifying owner when products or supplies are low Keeping the shop clean, organized, stocked, and visually presentable Supporting holiday flower sales and high-volume order days Taking photos/videos of completed arrangements for social media when needed Helping prep flowers and supplies for events, workshops, and special orders Coordinating with delivery drivers and ensuring orders are ready on time Required Experience Applicants must have : Flower shop experience Floral design experience Experience making vase arrangements and hand-tied bouquets Knowledge of fresh flower processing and care Customer service experience in a retail or floral setting Ability to work independently after onboarding Ability to follow recipes, color palettes, budgets, and design direction Strong attention to detail and reliability Preferred Experience Preferred but not required: Event floral experience Sympathy, birthday, anniversary, and holiday arrangement experience Experience with online flower orders Experience using POS/order systems Comfort taking photos/videos for social media Valid driver's license Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is: Already confident working in a flower shop environment Creative but able to follow the shop's design style Warm and professional with customers Organized and able to multitask Reliable, punctual, and honest Comfortable being responsible for the shop during scheduled shifts Able to work quickly while maintaining quality Calm during busy order days and holidays Interested in growing with a floral and event design company Schedule Schedule may include weekdays and Saturdays. The shop is closed on Sundays.

Potential shifts may fall between:

Monday-Saturday, 9:00 AM-7:00 PM Exact schedule will be discussed during the interview based on shop needs and candidate availability. Pay:

$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
