We require past experience Overview Mahfood Market is seeking a creative and experienced Florist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of flowers, floral design, and bouquet preparation, with a passion for attracting customers through beautiful displays. We're looking for someone who can bring artistry, customer service, and retail skills together to enhance our supermarket experience. Responsibilities Design and prepare stunning floral arrangements and bouquets for all occasions. Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and offering expert floral recommendations. Manage flower inventory, ensuring freshness, quality, and attractive presentation. Merchandize and display flowers to draw customer attention and boost sales. Operate the POS system, handle transactions, and maintain accurate records. Support online and in-store floral orders, ensuring timely preparation and delivery. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized floral department. Qualifications Proven experience in floral design, bouquet making, or horticulture. Strong knowledge of flowers, plants, and seasonal varieties. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Creative eye for merchandising and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Landscape/gardening experience is a plus, but not required. Join Us!
