We are building a roster of talented freelance professionals to support us during our busiest seasons and events. Whether you're an experienced floral designer or someone with solid production skills, we'd love to connect. The Opportunity We're seeking reliable, detail-oriented freelancers who can step in and contribute seamlessly across a range of floral work-from back-of-the-house processing and production support to full creative design. Assignments will vary in scope, and pay is determined by the level of skill and responsibility involved. What You May Be Asked To Do Depending on your skill level and the needs of a given day, work may include: Processing, conditioning and organizing fresh florals. Maintaining a clean, organized workspace and cooler. Building arrangements and designs under creative direction. Independently designing centerpieces, bouquets and event installations. Assisting with event setup and breakdown Supporting the retail floor and customer-facing interactions as needed. We're Especially Interested in Candidates Who Have hands-on floral design experience - studio, event or retail. Can work independently and manage their time on a busy shop floor. Are familiar with seasonal and luxury flower varieties. Have a strong eye for color, proportion and style. Are comfortable taking creative direction and adapting to a brand aesthetic. Are dependable, punctual, and communicative about availability. Requirements Ability to be on-site in Larchmont NY (no remote work for this role). Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle floral deliveries. Openness to be added to our on-call freelance roster and contacted as opportunities arise. Prior floral experience preferred; processing/production roles may consider strong beginners.
