We're looking for a skilled, dependable floral designer to join our team on a part-time basis during peak demand periods. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who takes pride in their craft and shows up ready to work. What you'll do Design and produce arrangements for everyday orders, sympathy, and special occasions Execute designs to a consistent standard with minimal supervision Handle flower processing, conditioning, and cooler organization Support the team during high-volume periods (holidays, events) Assist customers in person and by phone with professionalism and care What we're looking for Demonstrated floral design experience — professional shop background preferred Strong range: you're comfortable with everything from a simple wrapped bouquet to a formal arrangement Reliability is essential — we need someone who shows up on schedule, every shift Customer-facing experience required — you're comfortable helping customers, handling sensitive orders (sympathy, etc.), and representing the shop well Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods Good communication and a team-oriented attitude Comfort with computers and POS systems a plus Schedule & compensation 28-32 hours per week; hours increase reliably around major holidays (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas) Additional availability for funerals and events is valued but not always predictable — flexibility helps Must be available weekends $22-$27/hr depending on experience To apply Apply through Indeed or send a brief note about your experience and availability to .
