Manage appointments efficiently while providing excellent customer service from consultation through healing. Educate clients on tattoo and piercing aftercare procedures to promote proper healing and satisfaction. Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and safety practices to continually enhance your skills. Experience Proven experience in tattooing across diverse styles such as realism, traditional, blackwork, or illustrative work. Skilled in store management tasks including scheduling, inventory control, and client record keeping. Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures, sterilization techniques, and health regulations relevant to body art studios. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members. Certified in first aid and CPR to ensure safety during all procedures. Demonstrated ability in customer service with a friendly, professional demeanor that builds client trust. Knowledge of color theory and illustration techniques to assist in custom design creation.
