Studio Floral Designer (Monday-Friday) Plantscaping & Blooms Cleveland, Ohio Love flowers but want your weekends back? Plantscaping & Blooms is seeking an experienced Studio Floral Designer to join our creative team. Unlike many floral positions, this is a full-time, Monday through Friday role focused primarily on designing for our loyal corporate clients and daily floral orders. What You'll Do Design recurring floral arrangements for corporate clients throughout Northeast Ohio Create custom floral designs for daily orders and special occasions Process, condition, and care for fresh flowers and botanicals Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient floral studio Work collaboratively with our design and customer service teams Help maintain our high standards of quality, creativity, and customer satisfaction Assist with weddings and special events on an as-needed basis What We're Looking For Professional floral design experience preferred Strong knowledge of floral design principles, mechanics, and flower care Creativity with excellent attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods Why Plantscaping & Blooms?
